  All but one of the drives arrived DOA because they were not packed properly - hardly any padding and no anti static bags - http://yfrog.com/5jdonotpackhddsj
  
  He admitted his mistake in hastily packing the drives, apologized, and gave me a full refund. Everybody makes mistakes, and I think he did enough to fully remedy his. I think he learned the lesson and will pack more carefully in the future.
  
  On my end, I got a free working drive, so I am not unhappy. I would deal with him again in the future.
