    contected him through pm
    we agreed on $110 shipped just the console, no games.
    sent money on paypal
    a few days later recieved paypal e-mail on refund, but recieved another e-mail stating his account and/or bank has no funds

    he has yet to contact me or responded to the dispute i filed with paypal.

    Not sure why negative feedback was left, this was taken care of and refund was given. Had problems with my bank denying paypal to withdraw funds.
