    This has been one of the best transactions I have ever had. He is very knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to. Although he had some concerns due to never having dealt with me and the price of the component involved, he always conveyed them to me in a respectful, kind manner and it was greatly appreciated. He was also very patient with me as I had to work out a way to get the component to him in a timely manner based on my work schedule. I hope I have the opportunity to deal with him in the future.
