    It took 9 days for him to ship it out after telling me he would get it out the next day a couple times. He did have decent communication though, and offered to refund me since it had taken so long. So he did try to fix his lateness. Almost a neutral, but since he did try to fix it I gave him a positive and it seems to be the first time this has happened.
