  I bought a broken 9600GT from the seller. This was intentional though, the seller advertised the card as broken and I knew exactly what I was getting. Nothing shady here.

  Everything went as expected. Seller explained what was wrong with the card, I agreed to buy and paid, card showed up at my place a few days later. Overall a good experience.
