  Paul was very helpful throughout the whole USPS fiasco. We cross-shipped the goods, but the Duron got stuck in postal limbo. He shipped on 11/22 and I received it on 12/16. He kept in regular communication while it was in transit. I opened the package and was surprised to find some extra CDs inside as well. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with him again. Thanks!
