    As I informed him. The damages on the hard drive cover was not done by me. Nor when it was shipped was it at the condition he claims. He wants reimbursement through me as opposed to going through the insurance which I have provided.

    Leaving negative feedback because I refused to simply hand him money.

    He chose not to continue correspondence even though a number was provided by me so we could discuss a resolution quickly.

    negative feedback was uncalled for since he wasn\'t willing to go through the proper process of fixing the issue.
