    Item arrived with damaged to the hard drive plate. Shipment was well packaged, which seller agrees with, but arrived damaged none the less.

    I insured the package to its full value, and was willing to deal with insurance to compensate what he required.

    I provided him a number to call me to discuss possible resolutions for the situation. Would only deal with a reimbursement that was directly from me. Chose not to call, chose to stop corresponding with me, chose to keep the laptop, and then left negative feedback.

    That's what i get for dealing with a 6 month old user with 2 heatware feedback.

    Beware when dealing with him, either as a buyer or seller. Refusing to communicate to solve a problem is a good indication of the type of trader he will be.

    In Response to his Excuse below: I offered to call him to discuss procedure, he didn't even bother responding to the offer. He'll come up with any excuse to make things difficult. He wants me to help him with insurance AFTER providing bad heat and not willing to change it.

    Then threatens to reverse the transaction WHEN he still has the laptop

    i only did not call because i shouldnt have to pay long distance to resolve a problem, seller only agreed to help with insurance only if i remove neg feedback.now i see why he has so much pos feedback.
