    Slow response and shipping. I paid 5/25/10 and didn\'t hear much from the time I paid until I received the item in the mail 6/5/10 (not even so much as a shipping confirmation) despite numerous contact attempts. In the end though, I\'m happy because I did receive the item in described condition.
