    This was an error on my part, as I was busy with my thesis and dealing with family issues. I think I made an assumption that the book itself was not relevant, and it was simply a means of showing appreciation in the same way that that I say "do me a favor sometime" when I give hardware away to fellow "crunchers". I should not have made this assumption and delayed sending the book. I am working on trying to make this right. I have offered to either send him a book now, or send him a gift card at Amazon to select a book for himself. I truly hope I'm able to make this right, and that Cadaveca will retract this negative feedback.
