    Bought OCZ 520w PSU.

    I sent him a Newegg gift code for the psu up front. He shipped the PSU which was advertised as a previously returned RMA unit that had just arrived from OCZ.

    He forwarded it to me the next business day and it arrived packaged very well although it did arrive DOA.

    No problem though, I contacted him, he refunded me the newegg code which had been unused within the week he had it and he asked me for the psu info so he could resubmit another RMA. He sent me over a pre-paid postage label from UPS and I shipped it back to OCZ for him at no cost to me.

    I was very thrilled about how he handled this and how he stood behind his sale and promptly refunded me without issue. He took my information for what it was and didn't hassle me about whether or not I knew WTF I was doing.. to me this meant alot and it showed me that I was dealing with a guy that is honest and has great trading ethics.

    I'd buy from him anytime and would also feel very comfortable with cross-shipping if he ever requested it..

    He could have told me there was nothing he could do, that I should have requested insurance because it must have been damaged in shipping but instead he took time out of his day to remedy the situation and he put my money back into my hands without making me have to spend more money on another PSU while I waited for him to verify the condition of the PSU before refunding me. That's solid!
