    Arik was a good guy to deal with. The RAM I sent got to him DOA, but he turned around and RMA'ed it instead of trying to give me the shake down for a refund. Very thoughtful and amiable buyer. I wouldn't wish for a situation like this again in my selling career, but when something like this happens it's nice to deal with someone like Arik.
