    Sold gateway laptop with 8gb ddr3, 256gb corsair ssd, and 500gb hard drive.

    He received the laptop with a 500gb drive DOA. I told him I would do what I could to replace it. He was very patient, but I was able to obtain another drive for him. Sent it out and it seems all is well. Thanks for the patience.
