    I bought X-fi MP3 player from Otakuboy

    DeathEvil was the Seller on August 16, 2010 AnandTech

    I have sent him the money on 8/17/2010. Next day or so he PM me that the item is lost and he will give me refund. After promises and excuses he went silent on 8/27/2010. Since then, he disappeared from the forum and is refusing to answer the emails. I know for a fact he also scammed another user...

    Legal action will be taken shortly if the matter is not resolved.

    Don't let the positive heat convince you that he is legit, because he is not.

    Never got a chance to respond to this and it's been almost ten years. I'll never forget I went to ship your MP3 Player and set it on the trunk of my car at the time. I then got distracted by who knows what and LEFT it on the trunk and drove off. Not sure where it landed but I did give a full refund and was very apologetic so a negative review was unnecessary.
