    I bought an i3-530 from kow_ciller on xtremesystems.

    Cirthix was the Seller on September 14, 2010 XtremeSystems

    He claimed an oc of 4.6ghz with 1.36v on air with load temps of mid-low 60c range.

    While my system can't keep it cool enough, his claim does seem to be honest :).

    Shipping wasn't the fastest, but communication was good. Would deal with again.
