    bought a 3g 8gb iphone from him

    RotKT was the Seller on September 6, 2010 HardForum

    he described the phone as "good/perfect" (good back with scratch, perfect screen) but the phone i received was nowhere close to being good back and the LCD has 2 dead pixels.
    email him once every few days the last whole month but he only replied 1 out of 5-6 emails;
    he told me to send it back for refund; and i sent at least 5 emails asking him what was included and his address so i can send it back but he never replied.
    long story short, just simple BAD TRADER; and the communication is the worst.

    You saw timestamped pictures that showed no dead pixels. The back was in good shape and you still decided to take it after you saw TIMESTAMPED PICTURES. Communication was bad because I was away on vacation and I told you that I was going to be away and no be able to respond.
