    Sent Joe a Dell Studio XPS 7100 desktop to sell/part out and had him build me a new rig (~$1400).

    I bought a Dell desktop recently but wasn't happy with the performance, so I contacted Joe to see if he could build me a better rig for about the same price. As usual, Joe stepped up to the plate in a big way. He had a great system quote ready for me within a day.

    After some negotiation and part-swapping, we agreed on a deal. Rather than taking the restock fee on the Dell, I sent it to Joe to sell and/or use some of the parts in the new build. Due to some incompatibilities, Joe wasn't able to use any of the Dell parts (aside from the wireless card), but he still built me an awesome rig at a very reasonable price. With some tweaks and a little overclocking, I have a rig that blows the dell away. I'm very pleased.

    Joe's rating speaks for itself. He goes above and beyond to do everything he can to make sure the transaction is smooth and pleasant. I won't be wasting my time with dell or other desktop manufacturers in the future. Joe's my guy!
