    Joe is a great guy to work with. We exchanged laptops - he had an older Dell Inspiron and I had a newer Acer. We both had some slight issues with the Post Office - but we communicated just to keep everything updated.

    Everything was packaged professionally & arrived in perfect condition. He included just about every accessory you could think of. Sent all the original paperwork & software separately, included a laptop cooler, a 3G Card, a second battery, & a num-pad.

    Would definitely trade with him again!
