    I bought a "Brand New still in packaging" BFG psu. He shipped me a refurbished psu instead. When I threatened negative Heat, Burton560 changed his username to LaurenGay. Luckily I bookmarked his Heatware id # before he tried to hide.

    I have repeated tried to resolve this case of false advertising. He has since Changed his username here from Burton560 to LaurenGay. He closed his f/s thread, removed his Heatware eval link from the thread & refuses to answer any pm's.
    I offered a partial refund, a full refund & return the psu, & opened a dispute with Paypal. He still refused to communicate, so I filed a claim with Paypal. Be very wary when dealing with this person.
