  I bought a bare 780i mobo from StarRover on the anandtech fs/t forum.

  hodgeac was the Seller on October 24, 2010 AnandTech

  Mobo came with slightly bent pin in LGA socket. I was able to straighten it out and it seems to be working fine. I'm sure StarRover would have worked with me to make it right if the mobo was irreparably damaged.
