    EDIT/UPDATE:
    Even more wow's!! One of the items I purchased was DOA, I informed Nat and sent it back, and Nat was extremely quick to receive and test the item, and confirm a fault. I was reimbursed promptly and appropriately with absolutely NO hassle.
