    There was great communication in the purchasing process on questions I had about the monitor and once paid he had a tracking number within a few hours. The monitor came damaged (was damaged in transit not sellers fault) and I opened a claim for him since it was insured. Since the claim has almost been paid back to the him but even though he hadn't received the merchandise back or been paid back from UPS for the claim he refunded my money many weeks ago to give me the opportunity to purchase a new one. Since then I have purchased a new ZR24w and the claim is almost complete so he will have his money for the monitor very soon. Though this entire ordeal was a bit much to deal with RocknRoll refunded my money very quickly and the communication to get this claim taken of was great. I would recommend this seller to anyone considering making a purchase from him... he is very thorough on his emails and has great communication... A+ seller in my book! :)
