  Good trader, we had some timing issues with the Holidays, but Joel made sure to keep in touch and was up front about his situation throughout the entire trade. Good communicator, and excellent packaging of the scope. Followed through and stayed true to his word, the holidays are always hectic, so I didn't mind the slight delay.
