  Good communication -- Jimmah even asked if I needed a DVI to VGA and molex to 6 pin power adapter with my purchase (which was a good thing since I needed both) and he threw them in for free.
  Shipped same day in sturdy box, video card in anti-static bag wrapped in bubble wrap.
  Arrived safely.
  
  Am very happy with everything.
