    On 12/28/10 I paid the seller half the funds up front, and he was supposed to ship the parts with the final payment due when I received them. Over a month later I still had not received the parts, despite promises to ship from the seller.
    I had to file a claim with Paypal to get my funds back. Seller just used me for a loan.
