  Posted a WTB for a TV Tuner card, seller responded with the best product and worked with me regarding price, he also offered to ship first so I could evaluate the card to make sure it would suit my needs. He shipped the card with all cables and remote in the original retail box (including manual). Amazing seller, I was happy to send him paypal.
