    Purchased two sticks of 2GB SODIMM ram.

    After Carl responded to my PM, we finished the deal within a day. He shipped via USPS priority mail, something we hadn't even agreed on. I appreciate his quick responses and quick shipping. My coworker and I upgraded our work laptops (unfortunately Win XP 32 bit maxes out at 3GB) and we *feel* as if they're running more efficiently. Thanks so much, Carl! You rock.
