    I bought a I7 920 D0 Cpu From Him.

    He sold me a i7 920 for $250 , that was suppose to be a golden cherry batched cpu. And i tried it on 5 different boards and never got close to the screen shot he posted. When i asked for the settings, he claimed he didn't have them or couldnt't really help me out. The bottom line is i payed a large amount for a cherry chip that wasn't one.

    I sold him an I7 920, batch 3849B028. Provided a screenshot with what I was able to boot at, however I stated YMMV due to different hardware and individual's overclocking ability. Two months after I sold him the chip he contacts me and states he cannot boot at the voltage and speed in the screen shot. He asked me what settings I used. I told him I would need a day or two to see if I could find them since I had not had that setup in two months. Within a few hours he started calling me a liar and stated I had ripped off the screen shot. I tried to explain to him that I had did it on the Classified and that I would try and help, but that it had been two months. When I asked him why he had waited two months, he stated he had just gotten around to testing it out and that should not matter. Other than telling me what board he was using he would not give me any other hardware information. As I stated already, before I could even attempt to try and resolve his issue he started calling me a liar and accused me of ripping him off. I have no idea of what he has done with the chip in the last two months, nor did I guarantee what he would be able to do with. The batch is a known "Golden" batch and I have had three different chips from that batch and all three were able to overclock quite well at lower than normal voltages. Most people will contact you within a few days with issues, he waited two months before stating he had an issue. Be forewarned that if you sell him something he may do this too you also and then if you do not help him within a few hours he will start to call you a liar and a cheat. I have sold plenty of items and even taken items back just to make sure people were happy with their purchase and I have never had to deal with someone like this.
