  I bought 2x2GB G.Skill PC2-8000

  Communication was good throughout, shipping was quick (paid the evening of April 5th, got it on the 9th). Packaging was mediocre -- a yellow envelope + antistatic bag + one piece of bubble wrap). The RAM was sold as working, but he had no way of confirming this prior to shipping. Long story short, I spent the weekend doing a lot of memtest in various configurations, but the RAM would not run at its specified settings; it did run at slower settings. We could not come to an agreed upon solution; however, he did offer to refund, but not pay return shipping. I decided to just RMA it if I have to pay for shipping either way.
  
  This is actually inbetween neutral and positive in my mind, but rounding up... I believe he's done the minimum of what he needs to do in this situation.
