    I sold him a used 5870 that I had removed from my computer, packaged, then mailed. Unfortunately when it arrived it was no longer working. pirateghost went through the trouble of trying multiple ways to make sure the card was dead (including multiple computers, drivers, and reinstalls).

    He returned the card quickly and kept up the communication the entire time. I received the card back within a few days and I issued a refund. Even though the transaction didn't go the way we had hoped, the problem was solved mutually on both ends.
