    Purchased an open box EK FC-6970 full cover block from him.

    Rugox was the Seller on April 20, 2011 Overclock.net

    Was told that it was open but never used. Upon inspection, it was obvious he tried to put the block on. The seller used up most of the thermal pads and shipped me the left over making me unable to install the block.

    I listed a EK-6970 Full cover block for a 6970 on Overclock.net.

    Listing clearly indicated item was never used, but I did try to install it only to realize XFX had changed the PCB on its card without altering the model number, rendering the block useless for my specific XFX card.     Buyer was 100% aware of that. I explained via PM before he sent payment.

    Upon receipt, he claimed there were thermal pads missing -- so I contacted EK, and PAID MYSELF to have some pads shipped to him on my dime by airmail.
