    The item came as described but i noticed another problem with the nook. i explained it to the user. he later noted to me when it was too late but i had to deal with it. great seller anyways thanks for the nook was going to be a present but now i've decided i have to keep it cause of the late notice and the condition. [posted pics but did not mention the volume button]
