    User is known as Seufari on Anandtech. Sold me an XFX 6870 GPU. Sent money via Amazon Payment as agreed same day.

    Received refund on 8/16 with no explanation other than "cannot sell you this card." He offered a Shogun game code as compensation. I asked that he mail it to me as I had no use for the code but could resell it. I have not received a response since (4/16). I noticed today he has the code up for sale and have not received any further responses from him. Do not deal with this trader.

    EDIT:
    Clearly, I wasn't happy with the game (or code) as restitution but you take what you can get sometimes. Thing is, I didn't receive either (nor communication) in a timely manner. Seller obviously sent the code after the fact to justify his neg heat.

    We were able to work things out in the end.

    Transaction did not go as planned and buyer got fully refunded as soon as I realized I could not complete transaction. I guess I should have explained a bit more, but who wants to hear excuses...
