    After responding my my post we negotiated shipping details that I would reimburse him for shipping. Next day he provided me with a tracking number and an acceptable total. I sent paypal for total, Heatsinks arrived in good and working condition.

    Was thankful that he actually cleaned the thermal paste off before shipping, so many people leave that nasty gunk on there.
