    86_5.0L claimed a hard drive but wouldn't pay

    86_5.0L claimed a hard drive in my FS thread on Hardforum.com.I pm'ed him with payment info. I got no response, so 24 hours later I asked him to pay or remove his claim. This PM was ignored by him, too. He ignored my PMs, and wouldn't pay for what he claimed with an "I'll take it" post.

    Day and a half later, (he claimed the drive at 4:50 pm on the 13th: payment was sent 1:45 am the 15th, of Sept, 33 hours later) with no communications or prior arrangements, 86 sends payment for the drive. I refunded his money, and he has now posted angrily in my FS thread on the [H]ardforum. Potential buyers beware!

    I paid within 24 hours or so after making initial contact. people dont live on their computers, and I refuse to use the mobile version of Paypal. Seller is impatient and leaves heatware before even making sure there was a problem.

    Glad this transaction isnt going any further, one of the worst experiences I've had, and that was before money traded hands!
