    gateway laptop for newegg gc trade agreement was i would send the laptop and in turn i would receive credit from his newegg gc. everything went as planned till usps damaged the laptop in shipping and the screen did not work when he received it. he was very patient and worked with me as i waited on usps claims.

    great with communicating
    some times slow to respond but with work and being on the road that was understandable
