    Bought a Dell 2408wfp monitor from him.

    Seller was very great to communicate with. Unfortunately the monitor arrived damaged. He filed an insurance claim with USPS and I was refunded my money. Although this didn't work out as planned I would definitely buy from him again! Resolving what could have been a bad situation was painless. Kudos!
