    Sold a 5 sets of rubber fan screws over the hardforum FS thread section.

    joecop120 was the Buyer on October 23, 2011 HardForum

    Shipped before Halloween, but took several weeks to travel from central IL to Chicago via USPS... The envelope was presumed lost simply because I mailed a card on the same day to my sister that was never received.

    I refunded neural the paypal and wrote off the screws as a loss. Throughout the whole time Neural had GREAT communication and kept me up to date.

    After I refunded, Neural had the honesty to let me know that the screws arrived and offered to send payment back, which I am considering optional, haha.

    Very forthright and honest of a trader despite the issue with USPS!
