  I bought a Dell 3007 WPF monitor from hv

  DCRussian was the Seller on October 6, 2011 HardForum

  The original packaging was present for the monitor and everything was secure. The monitor works great, but does make a slightly high-pitched noise on white images if the brightness is increased, has a bit of a dark line on some gray images and the bezel of the panel is slightly (.5mm max) warped around the bottom, however these are non-issues for the most part, especially for the price.
  Would deal with again, thanks for selling!
