  Excellent, excellent trader. Sent the item very quickly and packaged it very well. Unfortunately, UPS is not as careful as Nexrus, so several components in the PC arrived damaged. Not to fear, though, since he immediately reimbursed me for the damaged parts with absolutely ZERO hassle.
