    Seems though I had some problems on my end and cganesh75 was very understanding and reasonable guy. Very patient and was willing to accept alternative trades. I made it simple and offer cash at a higher value however cganesh75 offer a more reasonable and lower price.

    Very honest guy and I am glad he made this transaction as smooth as possible.
