  Shipped and packaged very well, insured for the full amount and included a very nice cable(for free). Buyer claimed the base of the stand was not with the monitor, when I was sure it was with it and was not alone when packaging and sending the item, and verified with the other person that I did have it in there(which I knew). Buyer then stopped communicating and never opened a claim on paypal or usps. Assume he found the stand and never told me.. Not a good experience for me, would have rather kept it than deal with the hassle and poor communication.
