    Jon Paul bought my NZXT Case, Asus PQ5 with E8400 processor,GTX 280, 4GB GSKILL ram, and Antec 850w PSU.

    UPS damaged the package in transit and we both had to go through the claims process to obtain a refund. While it was a lengthy ordeal, and Jon Paul was out the money he had originally paid for several weeks, he maintained a high level of patience throughout. We were ultimately able to get his money back. He was extremely reasonable and easy to work with and this made a difficult situation very easy to handle. Hope to do business with Jon Paul again!
