    Steven is an honest man; I kid you not. He cares about other people. Even with my lack of heat he went the extra mile and put his full trust in my word. He even forwent my additional discount for lack of heat.

    In other words, if you met Steven in person there is no doubt in my mind he would firmly shake your hand and look you straight in the eyes.

    If that doesn't convince you to work with him perhaps some of the 60+ other reviews will.
