    Excellent transaction. I goofed, as I must have stuck the wrong ram in this PC, but he was very easy going and tested a bunch of things so we could troubleshoot the issue. I've dealt with a few people that would not work to do any troubleshooting, so this was very refreshing. Thanks again!
