  Despite our efforts, FedEx misdelivered/lost the package. Compug##k was absolutely professional on his end about the issue and quickly set out to remedy the problem on his end. We worked closely together to find a resolution through the proper channels, but finally after some days post delivery date, I issued a full refund. Great guy to deal with, very understanding, patient and courteous. One of the best traders I've encoutered. With the confidence he inspires, I'd definitely do business with again given the opportunity.
