    Bought a PSU and motherboard from Scott, met him locally for the purchase. The motherboard didn't have the I/O panel in the box, Scott said he would mail it to me. That didn't happen.

    The PSU worked fine. Edit: 12/14 - I had the PSU installed in a friends machine for about a month and it stopped working. When I first got it, it tested on my PSU tester as working.

    Since I was waiting for the I/O panel to build a PC with his mobo it sat for a couple of weeks. When I finally got frustrated with waiting for the I/O panel I tested the mobo and it would never power up. Tried several iterations of cpu, memory and even psu's. Same result; no post, no beeps. On April 9th Scott agreed to refund my money. I haven't received a refund or heard from him since.
