    Bought a 2TB hard drive.

    Bought a 2TB hard drive, paid on 04/28. A few days later I got a PM stating the drive was returned to sender for some reason and would be re-shipped ASAP. Even though I never got a tracking number initially, I was willing to give the seller the benefit as mistakes do happen. After waiting for a few more days, I never got another PM, updates or tracking info. After multiple PM's and emails went unanswered I opened a paypal claim. I waited a day or so from opening the claim and escalated it to a dispute on 05/14. Later that day after escalating it to a dispute, I got an update via paypal stating the item was shipped, on 05/14..... The drive finally arrived on 05/18 in a small flat rate with minimal padding, and of course upon plugging it in, all it does it click. Luckily it's still under warranty so i'll try my luck with an RMA rather than risk sending it back to the seller for a refund. Normally, I'd give a neutral since the drive did arrive, but since I had to make a claim with paypal just to get it shipped, the fact that it arrived so poorly packaged and the fact that it is non-working has me convinced that I will not deal with this trader again. Buyer beware, and be sure you get all details ironed out up front.
