    After confirmation that he received payment, he had no contact with me for over a week. I sent him several messages, none of which were replied to. About 24 hours after opening a dispute, he gave me a full refund and said he had no access to a computer because he was moving. I am leaving neutral feedback due to the full refund, however, this whole hassle could have been avoided by a simple message to me.
