  I needed an older CPU for my AM3 motherboard to flash the BIOS to the latest BIOS for the newer CPU I was trying to use in it. SuicidalGoat gave me the CPU for the cost of shipping. Now my boxen is up and running, churning out 14k PPD as I type this.
